We value our clients request and their concerns. For this, we provide our Front-Desk support during weekdays with the help from our First Line Support to guide you.

2.00pm - 5.00pm

Friday

8.00am - 12.00pm
2.30pm - 5.00pm

You can access our ICT Service Desk and place your request. We will view and response to you within 1 - 3 working days depending on the urgency & complexity of the request. Please provide us with the following information:

  • The nature of your problem/request
