We value our clients' request and their concerns. For this, we provide our Front-Desk support during weekdays with the help from our First Line Support to guide you.

Main Office Operating Hours :

Weekdays (Monday - Friday)
8.00am - 1.00pm, 2.00pm - 5.00pm (Monday - Thursday)
8.00am - 12.00pm, 2.30pm - 5.00pm (Friday)

You can access our UNIMAS Support and place your request. We will view and response to you within 1 - 3 working days depending on the urgency & complexity of the request.
